WINDSOR NEWS: Well-known local radio personality Elliott Field wants his friends to know that there’s a lot more to Palm Springs living than golf, sun, and gambling. That’s why he’s hosting a regular series of informal “day events” open to the public at the Windsor Court Assisted Living complex in Palm Springs. “I want to focus on that which makes our life in the Desert richer,” Elliott says. “There will be nutrition for both the mind and the soul - everything from current affairs discussions, to bridge, life-story sharing, book reviews… even music.” Prominent in local broadcast media and community leadership for almost 40 years, Elliott plans to draw on his deep network of friends and associates to make guest appearances and presentations. “Every ‘Day at Windsor’ should be fresh, interesting, and fulfilling,” he says. “I invite friends old and new to please stop by and enjoy the experience.” “Day at Windsor with Elliott Field” is scheduled every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10 AM - 4 PM at Windsor Court, 201 S. Sunrise Way in Palm Springs. Lunch will be provided, but please call for reservations at 327-8351.
